The 17th Advent door was opened to reveal a number of dance routines by the Miles Dance School. Founder Richard Miles compered the displays, and conducted his own fox-trot workshop with lots of audience members volunteering to join in.
Partners for the night Knight Frank supplied some mince pies and mulled wine, and Mayor Lorraine Hillier welcomed the audience and introduced the charity for the evening ‘Oxfordshire Mind’, one of the charities supported by the Mayor this year.
After the performance, the raffle was conducted by Richard Rodway with an array of prizes kindly donated by the charity, including a rather fabulous home made 3 tier, sponge and lemon curd cake.
Next up, and the Living Advent moves on to a quintessentially Henley Living Advent setting, Delegate House and our Carolyn Molyneux. Our own Elizabeth Cleall (Elizabeth Cleall Interiors) will be partnering too.
