No One Left Feeling Blue At Packed Magoos

Magoos was absolutely packed for night 12 of the event. With the performance area in the rear bar, many members of the audience had to make do with listening from the front bar, such were the numbers that paced out the bar.

Treated to mince pies on arrival courtesy of Chocolate Cafe the audience donated to and generously supported the night's charity Henley Festival Rise, which supports up and coming talent in the profession, front or back stage.

Jo Bauser from the charity engaged the audience over the work the charity does and then Richard Rodway quipped "and on the theme of introducing and giving a platform to young and up and coming talent...." before introducing somewhat more senior jazz ensemble Blue Magoo, whose fab set including a fitting reworking of "Good King Wencelas"
